Well, Moke, here's the cobb salad I mentioned. I used whatever I had on hand...meaning, I had to substitute Prosciutto for Bacon, among other things. It was tasty and Luna even got some of the leftover carrot chips as a treat.
Oh, and yes I finished the whole thing in one sitting.

A true Cobb Salad would have tomatoes and blue cheese which I don't see... did you substitute these for carrots and Minnesota Cuke-cumbers?
